I have lived alone since this spring. When I was in my hometown, everyday dishes are made by my mother. I haven't cooked some dish at all. It is true!! However, the money I can spend money in a month has a limit, so I don't want to spend money on food so much. I decided to cook by myself everyday. I want to tell you my bad cook experience.
One day, when I saw in the refrigerator, there are onion, potates and carrot. I thought what dish can I cook...? Then, I decided to cook nikujyaga with these vegetables! If I made it a lot, I can use it the next day's lunch box. First of all, I cut these vegetables. Next, I fried them. Then, I should have added water, but I forgot! I add soy sauce, seet sake, and sugar without water. I was glad to be able to cook nikujyaga and when I finished cooking, I was really hungry. I put the dish on a plate and eat them......... Potates and carrots are so HARD! I was really really REALLY shocked. But "Failure is a stepping-stone to success." I don't mind. I keep cooking every day!
